Don grew up around Washington DC. He started working in the IT field for NASA after college but left after a couple of years to pursue a career in film. He has worked in development for the Paramount Pictures story department and recently wrote the comedy Public Disturbance for Lionsgate. When not consuming all things film, he gets his gridiron fix playing Madden on the X1.

Pheby majored in Dance at Loyola Marymount University. After dancing, she quickly found a love for the cinema. She is the glue that keeps our company together and sometimes she graces our productions by working in front of the camera. In her spare time, she’s an avid cross fitter who likes to “lift heavy shit” at her local “box.” Her latest addiction has been marathon running.

Pavel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music in film scoring and received his Masters from Boston University in composition. Pavel has performed his own music on radio and TV stations in Bulgaria and Iceland. He has scored numerous movies which have won several international awards including the Teddy Award at the 59th Berlin International Film Festival.

Having graduated from the London College of Communication with a BA in Graphic and Media Design, Matt went on to pursue a career in entertainment. With over 15 years of experience, he has created bespoke artwork for clients ranging from major TV networks such as the BBC to album covers for Billboard-topping artists. He once ran 2 marathons in a week.
